Document Signings:
$125.00 - Includes all notarizations, all document signatures, pick-up and delivery upon completion to UPS, Fed Ex, USPS, etc., and all local travel costs
Add: $50.00 for second set of documents
Add: $25.00 for e-docs (includes borrower copy)
Add: $25.00 for expedited request (three hours or less until signing)
Cancellation within one hour of document signing: $50.00
Notarizations:
Jurats, Acknowledments, Certified Copy Power of Attorney - $10.00 per notarization plus $25.00 travel fee within Santa Maria (add forty cents per mile past city limits, round-trip)
